INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") undertakes, as Controller of your personal data, to take the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing of your data is in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Organic Law 3/2018.

The Company processes your personal data in a lawful and loyal manner, ensuring that they receive adequate protection and are not misused. Likewise, the Company's willingness is to be transparent in the field of managing the personal data of its customers and users, making available to the above all the necessary information about the collection and processing of their data.

The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to inform you about who will process your personal data, why we collect this data, how long we will keep the collected data, to whom we will transfer it and what your rights are in this area.

Depending on the products, services or functionalities requested by customers and users, INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  will need to manage one or another data which will generally be the following:

-       Identification and contact information: first name, surname, phone number, birth date, postal address, e-mail address, among others;

-       Information automatically collected: when interacting with our website certain browsing data is collected automatically. This information is collected through cookies, the regulation of which is detailed in INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  Cookie Policy;

The information we may collect automatically refers to your usage of our website and the devices you use to access and interact with it. -       Quality analysis: conducting surveys on customer and user satisfaction concerning the quality of the products and services offered by INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.;

-       Customer and user service: channeling and attending to your requests, queries and complaints for their management and resolution.

-       Advertising and marketing actions: including mainly the personalization of our services and making recommendations based on the interaction with INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  through its website (e.g. based on purchase and browsing history). -       Curriculum Vitae: We inform you that the Company will not accept any CV sent on paper. The basis that legitimizes our treatment is your express consent to voluntarily send us your CV. Likewise, we inform you that your personal data will be deleted, and we will not keep any copy, in case your profile does not fit any of the positions offered by the Company. In case your profile could be potentially for the Company, your CV will be kept for a maximum period of one year for future selection processes. After this period without being called for any process will be deleted and we will not keep copies or retain any of your personal data. 

-       Quality analysis. The legitimacy of processing your data lies in the legitimate interest of INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  to analyze the level of satisfaction of its customers and users, so as to be able to offer them products and services of the best quality;

-       Customer and user service. The legitimacy of processing your data lies in the legitimate interest of INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  to respond to your requests and resolve your complaints providing you with the proper support. When it concerns complaints or incidents related to the purchased product or service, the processing of your data is necessary so that INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  fulfills the established contractual obligations. In case of queries related to the exercise of your data protection legal rights, INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  requires the processing of your data to comply with the applicable legal obligations;

4- HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Your personal information will be duly stored for the time necessary to be used according to the purpose for which it was collected.

When a user sends its curriculum vitae to INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A. , it will be stored a maximum of two years.

Personal data will be stored with appropriate security measures with the aim to ensure its accuracy and completeness, for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or so long as you do not exercise your right to erasure or restriction.

In such cases, we will keep blocked your personal information, without being processed and only for the legally established period, in order to respond to possible liabilities and being able to prove compliance with applicable legal and contractual obligations. Subsequently, INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  will permanently delete your personal data.

5- WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

Your personal data will be processed by members of INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  who act on behalf of the organization, that have been contractually bound in specific terms of confidentiality and diligent management of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In certain cases, in order to be able to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  needs to share your personal data with other companies of the Group and with the following third parties:

-       technology and analytical services providers;

-       logistics, transport and delivery services providers and collaborators, and/or its collaborating establishments thereof;

In addition, all of them are bound by the contractual obligations on personal data processing signed with INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.

-       Access (art. 15 GDPR): allows you to obtain certain information about the purposes for which your data is being processed, the recipients to whom are communicated or the data categories being processed, among others.

-       Rectification (art. 16 GDPR): allows you to contact the Data Controller in order to modify inaccurate personal data and complete the incomplete ones.

-       Erasure (art. 17 GDPR): allows you to request the erasing of the personal information which is being processed, without undue delay.

-       Restriction of the processing (art. 18 GDPR): allows you to obtain from the Data Controller the restriction of the processing of your personal information.

-       Portability (art. 20 GDPR): allows you to have your personal data returned or transmitted to a third party, in a structured, commonly used and mechanically readable format.

-       Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): allows you to object to the processing of your personal data carried out by the Controller. However, you can only exercise this right against the data processing covered by the lawful basis of a public interest or a legitimate interest of the Controller.

In order to exercise your data protection rights, INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  makes available the following means:

-       By written and signed request addressed to INDUSTRIAS BETER, S.A.  indicating the reason of your application and the right you request to exercise, and attaching a photocopy of your ID or equivalent document proving the identity of the applicant;
