How can I shop at the online Beter store? To shop at the online Beter store and place your order:

  • If you are already a member of Club Beter, the system will ask for your username and password, you will not need to fill in your data again and you will enjoy the many advantages offered by the Club. Register at Club Beter
  • If you are a registered user, the system will ask for your username and password and you will not need to fill in your data again.
  • If you are a new user, the system will request the necessary data for shipping and billing. We recommend that you sign up at Club Beter so that your data will be saved and your future purchases will be faster.

Do the prices listed on the website include VAT?  Prices of products for sale at our online store are indicated in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The minimum order is 20 Euros.

How can I pay?  Forms of payment accepted by the BETER eShop are:

1. PAYPAL/CARD /VISA/ MasterCard/Maestro / UnionPay.  
You will be taken to the PayPal website using their secure payment platform. Once the payment process is complete, you will be redirected back to the BETER eShop.
Once in PayPal you can pay with a Paypal account or credit card, under no circumstances is cash on delivery payment accepted.

Paypal can retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or 1 €). PayPal will reimburse this amount in approximately one month.  
The charge of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase has been made.


You must pay the cost of the order via bank transfer to the account specified on the payment page (Banc Sabadell, ES69 0081 5029 1100 0190 7099). Once BETER receives the order amount, it starts the order and sends you a confirmation email to the address provided.

How do the offers and promotions work?  All promotional offers are only valid for online orders during the period of validity of the offer and subject to availability of stock.
